Object NameA set of salt and pepper shakers with colorful landscape scenes
DescriptionThis is a set of ivory pepper shakers with colorful landscape scenes including willows, bridges, rocks, etc. A line of a poem is inscribed on one side of the pepper shaker, which reads "hao han ru ming yue" meaning "as broad and bright as the moon". At the end of this line is a year of 1955. These objects were once popular in shops from Hong Kong.
